Privacy Policy — Bloccko
This policy explains how Bloccko (the "App"), developed by Cirou Studio, handles personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Ciro Aiello, operating as Cirou Studio, Via Circumvallazione Nord Ovest 93, 81041 Vitulazio (CE), Italy. For any request you can write to privacy@cirou.app.
2. Data we collect
Bloccko is designed to collect as little data as possible. You don't need an account to play.
- Game data (scores, progress, settings): stored only on your device and never sent to us.
- Advertising data: the App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device information and how you interact with ads.
We do not collect your name, email address or any other information that directly identifies you, unless you write to us.
3. Why we use it and legal basis
- To provide the game and save your progress on your device (performance of a contract).
- To show ads, personalized or not depending on your choices (consent, where required).
- To measure ads and prevent fraud (legitimate interest of Google and Cirou Studio).
- To answer your support requests (performance of a contract).
4. Third-party services
The App uses the following service, which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from partner apps
5. Your choices
- In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the App's privacy settings.
- On iOS you can deny tracking via App Tracking Transparency; on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID from the system settings.
6. Data retention
Game data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Advertising data is retained by Google according to its own policy. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in their country, such as 14 in Italy), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, write to privacy@cirou.app and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacy@cirou.app. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
